Welcome to Enable East
We are an innovative, independent NHS team that works with organisations across a variety of sectors to help solve problems, review practise and process and make measurable service improvements. We apply ‘common sense principles’ at competitive NHS rates making us a quality alternative to commercial management consultants.
We also manage large portfolio projects funded by bodies such as the European Social Fund and National Lottery Community Fund. In total these have amounted to more than £10 million in funding. We’ve worked with thousands of people across the country to help improve community wellbeing, resilience and employability.
We are currently delivering part of the national Multiply programme working with local organisations to offer financial wellbeing sessions, and helping our local communities thrive.
