Our Team

We have a small central team and a large pool of highly skilled Associates working with us. Collectively we have years of experience working in and for the public and private sectors so we have a deep understanding of the challenges and pitfalls organisations face on a daily basis.

Many of our Associates are NHS professionals who have worked either in Secondary care and or Primary Care community services along with Social Care services, in either a clinical, Director or senior manager level role. We also have Associates who are business professionals in other sectors, and many who have worked within the Voluntary sector.

Our Associates are carefully selected for their unique skill sets and their ability to be able to work in various sectors at any given time on an interim basis.
