Meet Our Participants

Our participants work with a Peer Support Worker on a one-to-one basis, can develop practical skills in our Skill Pods, and grow in self confidence and resilience through our workshops. Feedback from those who have gone on this journey with us is that this support is invaluable.

Meet some of our participants who have kindly agreed to share their stories in a bid to help others who may also have experienced common mental health problems, but feel ready to take that first step towards a more positive future. Read on and find out how they felt at the start and where they are now.
