Mini mock pre-inspection visit and feedback
We can organise a multidisciplinary mini ‘mock’ inspection to services in your organisation. This gives frontline staff the experience of engaging with inspectors and managers the opportunity to spot potential issues early on.
Staff preparation workshops
Our ‘Preparing for Inspection’ workshops for team managers and frontline staff provide a positive and humorous introduction to the key inspection themes and how to manage practical issues during the inspection itself.
Team leader coaching
Our experienced clinical coaches can spend time with anxious clinical team managers, so that they are confident to lead their staff positively through the inspection process.
Team preparation posters
Our wall posters are a good way to engage and bring together the perspectives of colleagues working together in clinical teams about key themes in advance of the inspection. The posters can be adapted to your organisational style.
We can work with you to adapt our handbook for staff for use by your organisation. The handbook contains a summary of all the information that staff need to prepare for the inspection process. This includes an overview of the key inspection questions, managing practical aspects of the inspection process and ‘frequently asked questions’ from staff. We will present the handbook to reflect your organisational branding and can make sure that both printed and electronic copies are available in good time in advance of the inspection.
Day Zero Board Presentations
Make sure that you get your inspection off to the best start on the first day with a professional presentation. We will build upon your content to provide an innovative, engaging presentation using your organisational branding, with extra animation, sounds and visual effects where appropriate.
Supporting implementation of enforcement or action plans after inspection
Sometimes there is a need to take rapid action to make changes in light of the findings from an inspection. This can be because of an enforcement notice or the need for the organisation to enter special measures. We can help provide the immediate, additional external capacity and expertise that you need to ensure that any required changes are made quickly and efficiently.
