The overall vision for Enable East is captured in our slogan ‘making improvements actually happen’.

This underpins everything we do and encapsulates our mission to be:

• a centre of excellence in project and programme management in health and social care
• an effective, value for money resource supporting health and social care organisations
• an invaluable resource for other public sector organisations looking for expertise, knowledge and support in bring about effective change

Enable East operates as part of  Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT). Our governance arrangements ensure that we are able to operate autonomously ensuring that;

• we manage our work and our resources within the expected parameters for a NHS organisation
• we do not operate against the wider interests of the Trust
• information about the work that we deliver for customers is not shared with the Trust beyond the Enable East team
