Learning about what works in well-being

The Big Lottery Fund has released its evaluation of their Wellbeing 2 programme, of which Enable East’s Well-being in the East was part.

Sharing their findings across platforms such as Twitter and blogs on their Big Blog site, Well-being in the East had a number of mentions to highlight our particular successes in influencing and developing strategic links with commissioners as well as engaging hard to reach groups.

We were honoured to be part of the programme, and enjoyed working with the numerous projects who made up our portfolio, all focusing on increasing well-being and resilience within our local communities. The full evaluation report has now been published and you can read it by clicking here. You can also view some infographics which give an overview of the outcomes related to the three main strands of the programme – mental well-being, physical activity and healthy eating.

Find out more about the impact our Well-being in the East portfolio had on local communities by reading our ‘Sharing Stories‘ document.
