Grant Funded Programmes
We have been privileged to deliver two National Lottery Community Fund well-being portfolios; one from 2007–2011 and a second; Well-Being in the East from 2013-2015. Well-being in the East featured 25 projects delivered by voluntary, public and private sector groups. The ethos behind the programme was about engaging people at a community level in identifying ‘achievable and sustainable’ changes to lifestyles: sharing the idea that even a small change can make a huge difference to how we feel. Well-being in the East reached over 34,000 individuals enabling them to ‘start a conversation’ about the steps they could take to improve their well-being.
Our current programme HeadsUp, is funded by the European Social Fund and National Lottery Community Fund and supports people with common mental health problems such as depression or anxiety return to the workplace after a period of unemployment. You can find out more about HeadsUp here.
